According to the season and the meteorology, you will be served :
– in the dining room of Quinta (“Cosy” decoration(set) and flowery table d’hôte)
– or on the terrace giving onto our garden (Tables and wrought iron armchairs)
– or still in the summer dining room of our Barn (Rustic style, table of farm and wooden bench).All our dishes are home-made, with local products

On a mishmash of salad, assortment of local products on gingerbread slice :
– 1 small toasted Cabécou AOC ( goat cheese from raw milk ) ;
– 1 slice of foie gras on stewed red onions ;
– 1 piece of duck neck stuffed with foie gras ( melting, amazing ) ;
– 1 egg poached hen;
– Gizzards and duck liver fried.
Around the plate, duck breast slices and organic potatoes sauteed in goose fat.
